Job Profile:

Performance management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review performance of team regularly on Basis of Discipline, Attitude and Overall performance.
  • Evaluate and establish Job functions, Job roles and expectations.
  • Develop Performance management metrics and performance evaluation techniques as per Job roles and expectations.
  • Take corrective action in form of scheduling additional trainings & counselling sessions.
  • Setup a review mechanism to analyse performance and give inputs for appraisal and increments based on it.
  • Develop a performance cycle for all levels to evaluate improvement areas of low performers on all fronts including their attendance, punctuality, behaviour and reviews.

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the retail industry
  • Minimum qualification Graduation or above
  • At-least 3-5 years of Experience in employee development and performance management is necessary
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Male Candidates Preferred
