Job Profile:

Performance management.

Job Responsibilities

Review performance of team regularly on Basis of Discipline, Attitude and Overall performance.
Evaluate and establish Job functions, Job roles and expectations.
Develop Performance management metrics and performance evaluation techniques as per Job roles and expectations.
Take corrective action in form of scheduling additional trainings & counselling sessions.
Setup a review mechanism to analyse performance and give inputs for appraisal and increments based on it.
Develop a performance cycle for all levels to evaluate improvement areas of low performers on all fronts including their attendance, punctuality, behaviour and reviews.

Requirements and skills

Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the retail industry
Minimum qualification Graduation or above
At-least 3-5 years of Experience in employee development and performance management is necessary
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
People oriented and results driven.
Male Candidates Preferred
