Job Description To lead the implementation of various HR policies and systems to enable employee engagement, employee development and performance of the company. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for talent sourcing in line with JD and goals of the company. Implement HR policies and people management processes. Administer and monitor PMS Performance management system full cycle. Responsible for employee training and development by identifying competency gaps. To act as business partner with all stakeholders to achieve company goals and objectives. Adherence of all statutory compliance as per law. Handling employees grievances and redressing the same timely. Conducting employee engagement survey and submitting report to management. Liaison with Government authorities Organize socio cultural activities and events for employees. Preferred candidate profile Post-graduation in HR specialisation -MBA/MSW, having 6 to 10 years of work experience in HR related activities from a reputed organisation with having minimum 500 workforce.
