Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from drafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract top talent using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and build effective recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding: Contribute to building our employer brand by representing our company's values and culture to potential candidates.
Onboarding: Manage a seamless and engaging onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for success.
Employee Engagement: Assist in developing and implementing initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.
HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR administration, maintain employee records, and manage HR documentation.
Performance Management: Support the performance review cycle and assist with employee development programs.
Policy & Compliance: Help ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with current labor laws.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a plus.
