Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and build effective recruitment strategies. Employer Branding: Contribute to building our employer brand by representing our company's values and culture to potential candidates. HR Generalist Duties (40%): Onboarding: Manage a seamless and engaging onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for success. Employee Engagement: Assist in developing and implementing initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment. HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR administration, maintain employee records, and manage HR documentation.
