Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
Manage the recruitment and selection process for various roles.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution and conflict management.
Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention.
Maintain HR records, payroll, and benefits administration.
Lead organizational development initiatives and succession planning.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps.
