Job Description: Senior HR Executive / HR Manager - Recruitment (Male Candidates Only)
Location: Bangalore Industry: Real Estate Experience: 6 to 12 years Salary: As per industry standards Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated HR professional (male only) to lead recruitment efforts at our Bangalore offic Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments - Collaborate with leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs - Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, headhunting, referrals, and social media - Conduct detailed screening and behavioral interviews - Maintain talent pipelines and reduce time-to-hire - Enhance candidate experience and ensure seamless onboarding - Implement recruitment metrics to track and improve hiring efficiency - Work closely with external agencies and partners as needed - Contribute to employer branding and strategic HR initiatives Candidate Requirements: - Male candidate (mandatory, as per organizational requirement) - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 6-12 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate or construction - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices - High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure - Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities What We Offer: - Opportunity to work with a well-established and reputed real estate company - Leadership exposure and scope to shape recruitment strategy - Dynamic work environment and career growth potential
