Job Description

  1. Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive work environment
  2. Prepare MIS HRD on a daily basis.
  3. To recruit candidates by searching on the portal / through on-boarded labour Contractors.
  4. To handle the Joining formalities for new joiners. Like issue offer letter, Appointment letter, Documents verification, personal file, etc.
  5. To prepare statutory forms for new joiners. Like ESIC Registration, PF Nomination Form, Gratuity Form, etc.
  6. To arrange and coordinate Transportation for employees.
  7. To handle the event celebrated by the company.
  8. To monitor & coordinate the administrative activities.
  9. To assist the Administration / HRD Department as required.
  10. To handle the internal & external audit as per the requirement.
  11. To implement SOP preparation and its implementation.
  12. Supervising and overseeing the Administration, including security, and people on duty.
  13. Ensuring that the company's infrastructure is well-maintained and adequately protected.
  14. Ensuring Safety at the Workplace
  15. Ensuring high standards of Hygiene & cleanliness
  16. Training and motivating staff to follow and work as per the SOP.
  17. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and streamline processes
  18. Trained personnel and ensured that the Canteen, security, Safety and other similar facilities are run smoothly and properly.
  19. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate various business operations work in coordination, putting written messages, labels, audio-visual information, etc
  20. Liaising with local authorities.
  21. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, etc
  22. Ensure people adhere to policies and regulations for safety and any other similar guidelines.
  23. Rewards & recognition for employees.
  24. Liaoning with a manpower contractor
  25. Should be well-experienced in MS-Office (Excel, Word, presentation).
  26. Should have knowledge of the Naukri portal & LinkedIn.
  27. Communicate and coordinate with different departments in the company.
