Location: Dadar, Mumbai Experience: 3+ years (Retail HR experience preferred) Timings: Full-time | 6 Days a Week Salary: Based on experience Key Responsibilities: Recruit & onboard sales associates, cashiers, and store staff quickly Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and weekly rosters Handle leave requests, staff grievances, and disciplinary actions Support store managers with staff training & daily coordination Ensure compliance with Shop & Establishment Act and other labour laws Coordinate payroll inputs and manage HR records Retail-Fit Skills: ✅ Hands-on with frontline staff – sales, operations, floor ✅ Can manage fast-paced, high-footfall retail environment ✅ Flexible to handle weekend and festive period needs ✅ Strong interpersonal skills – firm yet empathetic ✅ Good with hiring for urgency (walk-ins, referrals, portals) To Apply: call on 8268801111 or mail on antaravmc@gmail.com
