Position: Part-Time Faculty – Human Resource Management (HRM)

Role Overview

FLYSTAR is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time HR Management Faculty to teach BBA students. The candidate should have solid knowledge of HR principles and the ability to engage students with practical insights and real-world HR applications.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures on Human Resource Management topics in line with the BBA curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.

Teach core HR areas such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, HR Policies, Compensation Management, Organizational Behavior, and Employee Relations.

Conduct internal assessments, evaluations, and student mentoring.

Maintain student attendance, discipline, and academic documentation.

Collaborate with the Academic Head for curriculum planning and session scheduling.

Share industry case studies, HR scenarios, and best practices to enhance learning.

Required Qualifications

MBA / Master’s Degree in HR, HRM, or related field.

Teaching experience preferred, but freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex HR concepts for student learning

Part-Time (class timings based on academic schedule)

Salary

Attractive, based on experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 – 9 per week
