As an HR Trainee at our company located in Raipur, you will be an integral part of our HR department, contributing to various administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth functioning of our HR policies and procedures. Your enthusiasm and dedication will be key in updating employee records, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with HR-related activities. Your responsibilities will include updating employee information in our internal databases, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing job advertisements on various platforms. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing HR-related reports, addressing employee queries about benefits, and ensuring the distribution of company policies. This role will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different aspects of HR management, including participating in the organization of company events and career days.
