Job Description

Determining the ideal sourcing mix of consultants, campus and alternate channels to meet manpower requirements
Define indicators per management level to track performance based on:
Short listed CV : Joining
Position initiation to Offer acceptance
Desired Average Cost Per Hire

Improve quality of sourcing through consultants by adopting a standardized briefing process
Ensuring that there are written Job descriptions for all roles
Promote the Employee Referral Program and Internal Job Posting from employees
Analyzing placement data and identifying trends
Develop and implement a strategy for direct sourcing / calling
Utilizing alternate channels by tying up with internet based job sites

Defining the selection process and ensuring that the process is run smoothly
Build capacity of business by training line managers in interviewing skills

Define the post selection processes and review ensuring that they are within TAT and run smoothly

Please note - This is an unpaid internship. We will provide certificate after completion of three months Internship
