Job Description

  • Determining the ideal sourcing mix of consultants, campus and alternate channels to meet manpower requirements
  • Define indicators per management level to track performance based on:
  • Short listed CV : Joining
  • Position initiation to Offer acceptance
  • Desired Average Cost Per Hire

  • Improve quality of sourcing through consultants by adopting a standardized briefing process
  • Ensuring that there are written Job descriptions for all roles
  • Promote the Employee Referral Program and Internal Job Posting from employees
  • Analyzing placement data and identifying trends
  • Develop and implement a strategy for direct sourcing / calling
  • Utilizing alternate channels by tying up with internet based job sites

  • Defining the selection process and ensuring that the process is run smoothly
  • Build capacity of business by training line managers in interviewing skills

Define the post selection processes and review ensuring that they are within TAT and run smoothly

Please note - This is an unpaid internship. We will provide certificate after completion of three months Internship
