Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Fresher/Intern

end-to-end HR operations

Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination)
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules and feedback
  • Support offer rollout and documentation

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support onboarding activities (documentation, induction coordination, joining formalities)
  • Maintain employee records and HR MIS
  • Track probation, confirmations, role changes, and exits
  • Assist in exit formalities and documentation

3. Performance Management Support

  • Assist in managing performance cycles (goal setting, reviews, feedback tracking)
  • Coordinate performance review schedules with managers
  • Maintain performance data and reports
  • Support documentation related to appraisals and performance outcomes

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and surveys
  • Assist in internal communication and HR announcements
  • Help coordinate engagement calendars and feedback collection
  • Support culture-building initiatives and HR events

5. HR Operations & Compliance Support

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and coordination with internal teams
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
  • Support coordination with payroll, IT, admin, and finance teams

6. HR Reporting & Coordination with VP HR

  • Prepare

    daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports

    (hiring status, attrition, engagement, performance)
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards for leadership review
  • Assist the VP HR in follow-ups, coordination, and action tracking
  • Support ad-hoc HR analysis and presentations

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good understanding of basic HR concepts (recruitment, HR operations, engagement)
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel / Google Sheets

    (trackers, reports)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership
