Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The intern will support various HR functions and contribute to creating a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• HR Management and HR Policies experience
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
