Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews

• Maintain and analyze

  HR data using Excel

  (track candidates, hiring metrics, reports, dashboards)

• Support

  research-oriented HR work, including market research, salary benchmarking, HR trends, and best practices

• Prepare

  presentations (PowerPoint/PPT)

  for management reviews, HR initiatives, and internal reports

• Work on

  HR documentation, policies, process notes, and structured reports

• Use

  ChatGPT and AI tools responsibly

  for research, drafting, data interpretation, and productivity enhancement

• Basic usage of

  SQL (preferred)

  for querying HR data or assisting in data analysis tasks

• Coordinate with internal teams for HR requirements and follow-ups

• Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects as assigned

Required Skills & Knowledge

• MBA in Human Resources (Completed or Final Year)

• Strong working knowledge of

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleaning)

• Good command over

  PowerPoint (PPT creation & presentation)

• Research mindset

  with strong analytical and documentation skills

• Basic understanding or hands-on exposure to

  SQL

  (mandatory knowledge, advanced not required)

• Comfortable using

  ChatGPT / AI tools

  for HR research and content drafting

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Attention to detail and ability to work with structured data
