Role & responsibilities Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Help plan employee engagement activities and internal events. Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters and internship certificates. Support HR operations and compliance-related tasks. Conduct basic research and benchmarking on HR policies and practices. Perform other administrative tasks and support as needed. Preferred candidate profile Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
