Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates for delivery associates, warehouse staff, drivers, operators, and other blue-collar roles.
Utilize local job boards, consultants, references, social media groups, and direct walk-ins for hiring.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain daily hiring tracker and report progress to HR team.
Support in mass hiring drives and local recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed graduation (any discipline), with interest in HR/Recruitment.
Good communication skills in local language and Hindi/English (preferred).
Comfortable with field work / visiting local sourcing points if required.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining trackers.
