Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and documentation formalities for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
  • Handle internal communications and HR-related queries.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and reports.
  • Work on HR tools and software for data management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
