Experience:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in HR or recruitment-related roles.
Education:

degree with relevant work experience.
Gender:
Male / Female.
Salary Range:
?18,000 ?20,000 per month.
Location:
Rajajinagar & Marathahalli, Bangalore.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Good knowledge of
hiring tools
and candidate sourcing methods.
Strong
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Responsible for
screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
.
Coordinate with internal teams and management for smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Ability to work under deadlines with a proactive and organized approach.
