Role Description This full-time on-site role is for a Human Resources Executive located in Howrah. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and implementation of HR policies and practices. Qualifications Knowledge of HR management and human resources (HR) Experience in HR operations and creating and implementing HR policies Strong employee relations skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the retail industry is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: HR: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 4 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi, Bengali, english (Required) Work Location: In person
