Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Track daily attendance and leave records. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts team. Handle basic grievance redressal and escalate as needed. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR (freshers with internship experience can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good understanding of HR functions and best practices. Preferred Skills:Energetic and willing to learn. Familiarity with HR software or attendance management tools is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
