Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Conduct initial screening of candidates and schedule interviews. Coordinate and support recruitment drives across the region. Assist in documentation and joining formalities for new hires. Collect and maintain new joiner documents; update information in Excel trackers. Prepare individual employee files for new joiners. Compile ESI (Employees' State Insurance) data for submission. Liaise with bank representatives to arrange salary account openings for new employees. Issue offer letters and appointment letters to CSRs, and obtain signed acknowledgments. Organize HR inductions and prepare induction kits/materials for new joiners. Support Regional HR in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support in conducting employee surveys and compiling results. Contribute to recognition and wellness programs as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree or MBA in HR or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems. Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
