Planet Green Infra Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Business Development Executive - Field Operations to actively connect with potential clients by visiting IT companies, gated communities, and high-footfall events. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, well-spoken, and passionate about real estate, with a strong flair for on-ground engagement and lead generation Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to IT parks, residential communities, exhibitions, and events to promote real estate projects. Build and maintain relationships with corporate groups, RWAs, and event organizers for ongoing outreach. Generate high-quality leads by interacting with potential customers and educating them about our projects. Distribute brochures, capture customer data, and follow up on leads generated from field activities. Represent the company at marketing activations and ensure brand visibility and awareness. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach activities with business goals. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, feedback, and conversions. Attend weekly review meetings and share insights from on-ground experiences. Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in face-to-face interactions Field marketing or on-ground sales experience preferred Ability to work independently and meet targets Familiarity with real estate is an added advantage Willingness to travel within the city Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration preferred) 1 - 4 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, or business development Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
