Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage onboarding of off-roll sales personnel employed. Coordinate with regional sales managers and recruitment partners for timely onboarding of field hires. Verify and collect required documents (ID proofs, bank details, education & employment verification documents, etc.). Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation as per 3P and company compliance standards. Maintain onboarding trackers and share regular status updates with stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for field sales employees for onboarding-related queries. Coordinate with the 3P team to ensure timely generation of employee codes and salary processing. Maintain and update HRIS and other internal systems with accurate employee data. Support periodic audits related to onboarding, compliance, and documentation.
