Job Summary

The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates from various platforms, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for non-IT positions and be proficient in using job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.

Software Skills

Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software., SAP, Power BI or similar one.

Required Skills & Qualification

· Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

· Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and other channels.

· Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.

· Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the recruitment process.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-IT environment.

· Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
