Role Overview: At Datum Advanced Composites Private Limited, you will be a Human Resource Executive responsible for supporting the company's growth by acquiring and managing the most valuable asset - the employees. Your role will involve handling all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, career development, and resource management. You will collaborate closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and create a positive and engaging work environment. This position is based in the Business Support job family at our Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
