Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kochi for a Human Resources Executive Cum Faculty at Arcraft Infotech. The role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing general human resources functions. The individual will also engage in teaching responsibilities related to HR topics.

Qualifications

• Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience with Training and Development, including conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Performance Management and Onboarding skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Mentor and guide candidates, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Experience in the education technology industry is a plus
• Immediate Joiners Preffered
