Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment , seamless onboarding , and HR data analysis , along with a strong command over HR tech platforms and tools . The role demands ownership, agility, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across functions. Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements. Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract talent. Coordinate with recruitment agencies where required. 2. Onboarding & Employee Integration Ensure smooth pre-joining and post-joining formalities. Coordinate background verification and documentation. Conduct orientation sessions and support early engagement initiatives. Ensure timely creation of employee records in HRMS. 3. HR Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems. Prepare and analyze HR dashboards on hiring metrics, attrition, engagement, etc. Support audits and compliance-related documentation. 4. HR Tech & Process Improvement Work extensively on HRMS, ATS, Excel, and other internal tools for recruitment and data tracking. Identify gaps in processes and recommend technology-driven improvements. Drive digital initiatives in HR operations. Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding in mid to large-sized setups. Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency a must). Comfortable working with HR tech tools (HRMS, ATS, dashboards). Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in a core HR generalist/recruitment profile.
