The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for people and processes. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines Handle onboarding and joining formalities Employee Engagement & Relations: Support employee engagement programs and initiatives Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns Help maintain a healthy and positive work culture HR Operations: Maintain employee records and HR databases Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents Track attendance and leave records Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely updates of salary data Support statutory compliance tasks (PF, ESI, etc.) Ensure HR policies are followed consistently Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records Support performance review processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (preferred) Age: 30 to 35 Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
