Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator/HR

Executive to support our HR team in talent acquisition,HR operations and

employee engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution

of HR processes, maintain data accuracy, and deliver an exceptional

employee experience.

Role&Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Support:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including scheduling

interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely

communication.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and

referrals.

2. HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring

data accuracy and confidentiality.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication:

• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal

communication activities.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
• Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards as required.

Desired Skills

1. 2 -5 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or HR

operations.

2. Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, or a related field.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to

detail.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (e.g., Excel, HRMS, or ATS

platforms).

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience in full-cycle recruitment or HR operations within a

fast-paced environment.

2. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

3. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
