Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • HR Administration & Operations:

    Create and maintain an HR handbook, oversee daily HR operations, and serve as an impartial mediator for employee issues and grievances.
  • Onboarding & Induction:

    Design and implement a robust onboarding program to integrate new hires into the company culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    Strategically plan and administer employee benefits, conduct regular payroll audits, and manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive pay and benefits.
  • Talent Management & Development:

    Plan and budget for employee engagement activities. Develop, coordinate, and assess training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all HR practices and policies adhere to local labor laws and regulations. Lead internal and external audits and conduct investigations related to performance, ethics, and compliance.
  • Administration & Planning:

    Oversee the acquisition and management of company assets, and develop manpower plans in sync with business needs.

Key Result Areas:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    Fill open vacancies within 90 days from headcount approval.
  • Compliance:

    Achieve and maintain 100% compliance with internal policies and local laws.
  • Operational Excellence:

    Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll management and demonstrate excellence in daily HR operations.
  • Employee Relations:

    Resolve people-related issues fairly and in compliance with company policy and regulations.
  • Partnership:

    Foster strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HCI) are preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for regional leadership roles within multinational organizations in the logistics industry.
  • Well-versed in labor laws and other HR-related regulations (e.g., pension, retirement, occupational health, and safety).
