HubSpot Strategist

You are a HubSpot Strategist with 5 years of experience, based in Noida, India, working in the UK Shift (1:00 pm to 10:00 pm). Your role involves consulting with clients to understand their RevOps goals and recommending strategies using HubSpot. You will define Content strategies, Content marketing, Sales enablement, Social media marketing, Web designing, and Demand generation for clients. Additionally, you will train clients and internal teams on HubSpot's features and best practices, staying updated on new platform features, and collaborating with Project Managers to develop RevOps approaches. You will provide strategic direction to Implementation Specialists, serve as a resource for the team on HubSpot's capabilities, and work with Sales, Marketing, and Servicing teams to review and implement best practice CRM processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand objectives and support appropriate systems, processes, and tools is essential. You will lead sales and marketing operations, focusing on GTM strategy, process optimization, technology stack, territory planning, and sales enablement. The desired candidate holds a degree in computer science, with strong knowledge in CRM configuration, customization, system integration, and common Marketing Automation functionality. Proficiency in CRM customization, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and the ability to learn and communicate technical concepts is required. Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary to maintain client relationships. Deep technical expertise in HubSpot, consulting and training skills, and effective collaboration abilities with clients and internal teams are valued. Key competencies include the ability to work in a start-up-like culture, adapt to changing priorities, complete projects successfully, and navigate political issues. You should be persuasive, encouraging, motivating, with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
