Role Overview: AMINA Bank is seeking a skilled HubSpot Consultant to join their team for a 6-month project aimed at enhancing marketing and sales processes through the effective use of HubSpot. As a HubSpot Consultant, your primary mission will be to optimize the HubSpot platform to help the company achieve its business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct a thorough audit of the current HubSpot setup and identify areas for improvement. - Identify and implement specific use cases to maximize the value of HubSpot. - Optimize existing workflows, modules, and dashboards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Customize HubSpot features to align better with sales and marketing strategies. - Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other tools and platforms. - Provide advanced training sessions and ongoing support to team members for full utilization of HubSpot's features. - Design, execute, and analyze sophisticated marketing campaigns using HubSpot's tools. - Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for tracking key performance metrics and providing actionable insights. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. - Strong understanding of inbound marketing strategies and best practices. - Experience with HubSpot integrations and API. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and training skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - HubSpot certifications are a plus.
