Your Mission: We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Consultant for a 6-month assignment to enhance our marketing and sales processes through the effective use of HubSpot. Join our team to optimize the HubSpot platform and help us achieve our business goals. Your AMINA To-Do List: - Advanced HubSpot Utilization: Conduct a thorough audit of our current HubSpot setup and identify areas for improvement. - Use Case Implementation: Identify and implement specific use cases to maximize the value of HubSpot. - Optimization: Enhance efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing existing workflows, modules, and dashboards. - Advanced Customization: Customize HubSpot features to better align with our sales and marketing strategies. - Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other tools and platforms. - Training & Support: Provide advanced training sessions and ongoing support to team members for full utilization of HubSpot's features. - Campaign Management: Design, execute, and analyze sophisticated marketing campaigns using HubSpot's tools, including email marketing, social media, and content management. - Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Your golden ticket to the AMINA team: - In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. - Strong understanding of inbound marketing strategies and best practices. - Experience with HubSpot integrations and API. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and training skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - HubSpot certifications are a plus. HubSpot Developer Job description: Serve as primary go-to resource to other CJK divisions and departments for all matters related to CRM platform Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and address customer support problems and opportunities Work with Sales and Marketing to enhance customer care, sales, and marketing campaigns based on CRM platform Define and implement enterprise CRM standards, policies, and procedures Design, build and refine workflows within CRM platform Collaborate with key stakeholders for migrating new acquisitions into enterprise CRM to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure data cleanliness by overseeing data imports, exports, deduplication, active and static list management, and regular database health checks. Lead requirements analysis; translate business requirements into functional application. Participate in CRM roadmapping and provide detailed and accurate estimates for configuration changes. Participate in sprint meetings to decide sprint goals and implement prioritized features and functionality. Produce high quality, maintainable software components to comply with project quality objectives and company standards Prepare architectural documentation and artifacts. Lead System testing, UAT and deployments of project changes. Maintain user access and security through permissions sets and teams. Provide user support and training as needed Troubleshoot issues and bugs and provide solution in timely manner, following strict quality assurance workflow. Create training materials and troubleshooting documents Required skills: Role requires someone with an optimistic view, who is eager to learn, and happy to help others leverage our CRM platform Proficiency in the CRM software. Minimum 5+ years in CRM administration and customizations. Working hours: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST; minimum overlap with U.S. core working hours (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST) Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (working language) Self-directed and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis Excellent organizational skills. Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent projects, tasks, and information. Strong background in business analysis, technical data management, and a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM. Attention to detail required for migrating and importing data to align with enterprise standards Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, requirement, design, development, enhancements, testing, deployment and maintenance of enterprise applications. Experience in administrative tasks including creation of Users, Teams, Permission Sets, Business Units, Custom Objects, Forms & Conditional Logic, Object Layouts, Pipelines, Custom Fields & Conditional Options, and Workflows. Experience in design and creation of complex Reports, Views, Lists, and Dashboards Knowledge of features available in Sales Enterprise paid seat. Experience with HubSpot Service Hub including Service Professional paid seat is a plus. Experience with HubSpot integrations, API connections, and third-party tools. Experience with Outlook integration tools Working knowledge of Insycle app would be a plus. Required Experience: B.Tech/ B.E/ MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years of CRM Administration experience. Prior experience with HubSpot is mandatory. HubSpot certifications would be a plus
