to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive, hands-on expertise across both

HubSpot Marketing Hub

and

HubSpot Sales Hub

. This role is critical for leading our clients through end-to-end HubSpot implementations, from initial requirements gathering and strategic design to final deployment and training. You must be a strategic thinker, a technical expert, and a strong communicator capable of translating complex business needs into effective, scalable HubSpot solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Implementation Leadership:

    Drive full lifecycle HubSpot implementation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. This includes discovery, strategy, technical configuration, data migration, quality assurance, and go-live.
  • Requirements Gathering & Strategy:

    Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes, marketing goals, sales objectives, and technical requirements.
  • HubSpot Configuration & Optimization:

    • Marketing Hub:

      Configure and optimize tools for lead generation, nurturing, email marketing, landing pages, forms, SEO, blogging, social media, custom reporting, and marketing automation workflows.
    • Sales Hub:

      Configure and customize the CRM, including deal pipelines, user permissions, custom properties, sequences, tasks, sales automation workflows, lead routing, and reporting dashboards.
  • Technical Integration:

    Manage integrations between HubSpot and other key business systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERPs, proprietary databases) using native integrations, APIs, or third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Operations Hub).
  • Data Management:

    Oversee data migration, clean-up, and governance to ensure data integrity and compliance within the HubSpot environment.
  • Documentation & Training:

    Create comprehensive documentation for system design, configuration, and standard operating procedures. Conduct user training sessions for marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful adoption.
  • Advisory & Best Practices:

    Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on how to leverage HubSpot's features to drive ROI, improve efficiency, and align sales and marketing efforts (Smarketing).

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, dedicated experience

    as a Consultant, Administrator, or Specialist managing and implementing HubSpot.
  • HubSpot Expertise:

    Extensive, verifiable experience

    with the following:
    • HubSpot Marketing Hub

      (Professional or Enterprise level)
    • HubSpot Sales Hub

      (Professional or Enterprise level/CRM)
  • Implementation Track Record:

    Proven experience leading

    multiple successful end-to-end HubSpot implementations

    across various industries and business models (B2B/B2C).
  • Technical Skills:

    Deep understanding of data modeling, property creation, segmentation logic, workflow automation, and custom reporting. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for template customization is a plus.
  • Certifications (Preferred):

    Active HubSpot Certifications, especially:
    • HubSpot Solutions Partner Certification
    • HubSpot Platform Consultant Certification
    • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
    • HubSpot Sales Software Certification
  • Communication & Soft Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation abilities, and the capacity to interact confidently with executive-level stakeholders and technical teams.
