Job Description

As a skilled and experienced HubSpot Administrator/Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience, your main responsibility will be to configure and maintain HubSpot to support sales teams while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data accuracy. You will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, enhancing automation, and delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making as the company scales. **Key Responsibilities:** - **HubSpot Administration & Configuration:** - Manage and optimize all aspects of the HubSpot platform, including CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub. - Build and configure custom properties, workflows, pipelines, and automation rules to enhance team productivity and alignment. - Ensure data accuracy by monitoring and cleaning HubSpot records and implementing best practices for data hygiene. - Implement and maintain lead scoring models, attribution reporting, and marketing automation strategies to support lead nurturing, conversion, and customer retention. - **Cross-Department Collaboration & Support:** - Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align HubSpot configurations with business needs and optimize cross-functional workflows. - Provide HubSpot training and support to team members, ensuring effective usage of the system to meet their goals. - Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot-related issues, providing timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency. - **Reporting & Analytics:** - Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of sales, marketing, and customer service activities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance, and utilize HubSpot's analytics for data-driven decision-making. - Continuously monitor and optimize HubSpot reporting to offer actionable insights for enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance. - **System Optimization & Scaling:** - Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and integrations as the company grows. - Stay updated on HubSpot's latest features, tools, and best practices to ensure effective platform utilization during scaling. - Lead the implementation of system upgrades, integrations, and new features in collaboration with IT and other departments. - **Integrations & Automation:** - Manage and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other key platforms and sales tools. - Ensure smooth data flow and consistency across systems while minimizing manual work and enhancing automation. - Design and execute marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates. - **Platform Security & User Management:** - Manage user permissions and enforce proper access controls. - Ensure the integrity and security of customer data in compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations. **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** - 3+ years of experience managing and administering HubSpot in a US-based high-growth B2B SaaS company. - Proven experience in HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub. - Experience in creating custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tailored to sales and marketing processes. - **Skills:** - Strong understanding of HubSpot's full feature set, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting. - Ability to translate business requirements into HubSpot workflows and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability. - Data-driven mindset with the capacity to analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data manipulation for reporting purposes. **Required:** - HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub). - Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools. - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, particularly within a SaaS or technology-focused company.,
