About the Role

Sales & Operations Hub Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

New Customer Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients in target markets and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Initiate contact, conduct client meetings, share service proposals, and arrange site visits when required.
  • Drive the complete onboarding process by coordinating with operations, customer service, and billing teams.
  • Ensure smooth and timely go-live for all new customers acquired.
  • Gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.

Business Growth from Existing Clients

  • Engage regularly with current clients to understand evolving needs and operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to increase business volume through improved service offerings or additional routes.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and enhance retention.
  • Track monthly growth targets and share insights for improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

2. Hub Operations Management

  • Plan daily vehicle requirements, coordinate with transporters, and ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
  • Oversee stacking, loading sequences, weight distribution, and ensure all consignments are accurately checked and sealed.
  • Ensure

    , accurate SO creation, and proper documentation within ERP systems (NetSuite).
  • Prepare and maintain truck summary sheets, dispatch logs, and comprehensive MIS reports for management and customers.
  • Supervise attendance, shift planning, and discipline for warehouse and transport teams.
  • Ensure accurate stickering, labelling, routing, and proper identification of consignments before dispatch.
  • Track and upload E-PODs, collect physical PODs, verify accuracy, and maintain systematic logs for billing and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with customer service, accounts, and other hubs for inter-branch coordination and issue resolution.
  • Investigate shortages/damages, prepare incident reports, and implement preventive measures.
  • Collect freight statements, verify billing rates, and follow up with customers for timely approvals.
  • Maintain clear, organized records for audits, compliance, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree on Post Graduation in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent operational knowledge, particularly in dispatch planning and documentation processes.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP systems
  • Leadership ability to manage on-ground teams and cross-functional coordination effectively.
