Job Summary:

HTML Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain clean, well-structured, and responsive web pages using
HTML5, CSS3
, and
JavaScript
.
Convert UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into functional code.
Ensure website compatibility across multiple browsers and devices.
Optimize web pages for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and content teams to implement new features.
Maintain and update existing web pages as required.
Test and debug web pages to ensure functionality and usability.
Follow best practices in coding, design, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an HTML Programmer, Front-End Developer, or Web Designer.
Strong proficiency in
HTML5, CSS3
, and
basic JavaScript/jQuery
.
Experience with
responsive design frameworks
such as
Bootstrap
or
Tailwind CSS
.
Familiarity with
cross-browser compatibility
and
web performance optimization
.
Understanding of
SEO principles
and
web accessibility (WCAG)
.
Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with
content management systems (CMS)
like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
Basic understanding of
version control systems (Git)
.
Knowledge of
graphic design tools
(Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop).
Familiarity with
frontend frameworks
(React, Vue.js) is a plus.
