Role Overview:

Position: HTML Developer cum Web & Mobile App Designer

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Experience: 5 - 7 yrs exp.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meeting with Web designers to discuss project design and layout.
• Coding the entire HTML site from end to end.
• Creating high-quality HTML files based on the latest HTML standards.
• Debugging code and front-end web applications.
• Design intuitive, engaging, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Troubleshooting application errors.
• Conducting website performance and usability tests.
• Convert business requirements into technical documents/code.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and UI/UX design patterns across all digital platforms.
• Use standards, frameworks, and patterns while designing and building components.
• Meeting deadlines & providing user support.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• Test graphics across various media & amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Ability to create visual Prototyping & Designing for Print, Design Principles.
• The ability to create from idea to SVG animation.
• Expert on web UI design & mobile app UI design.
• Expert on social media posting.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.
• Min 5 7 years' experience as an HTML Developer. Experience with HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, AdobeXD, Adobe InDesign).
• Experience in Type Script must.
• Proven graphic designing experience and strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Animation or motion design experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot coding and application errors. Experience working with design systems.
• Knowledge of web design and user application requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
