UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
• Design clean, modern, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to enhance user journeys.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Analyze product metrics and iterate designs based on performance data.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design/prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience with tools like Zeplin, InVision, and user testing platforms.
• Ability to interpret complex business logic into clean, engaging interfaces.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• A solid portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
