Job Description

As a HSE&C Performance and Change Management advisor at bp Technical Solutions India (TSI) in Pune, your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth transitions when implementing new or improved HSE&C related processes, policies, or systems across business units. Your focus will not only be on the technical aspects of the change but also on how it impacts people and the culture of the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring that stakeholders adopt the changes effectively and without disruption. Your responsibilities will include developing a change management plan aligned with project objectives, conducting change impact assessments, collaborating with leadership to align strategies with overall bp HSE&C goals, identifying and engaging stakeholders, establishing communication plans, providing relevant training to employees, updating policies and procedures, promoting culture shifts, monitoring progress, and measuring success through defined KPIs. Additionally, you will be required to provide expertise in guiding and supporting agile ways of working for prioritized HSE&C central programs. This will involve acting as an Agile coach, driving agility ways of working in Agile squads, promoting cultural and organizational change towards a more Agile approach, managing resistance to Agile transformation, and providing guidance to overcome challenges. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Health Safety Environment with preferred experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. You must also hold certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Change Management Professional. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in change management, project management, or related fields is required. Key skills for this role include strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, experience in creating communication plans for different audiences, working in an agile environment, analytical skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, flexibility in changing priorities, developing change timelines, managing resources effectively, and expertise in using change management tools. This position requires working in UK/US hours and may involve up to 10% travel. Relocation assistance within the country is eligible for this role, and remote working is not available.
