**Job Description** As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with incident management by supporting the intake, tracking, documentation, and coordination of reported incidents globally. Your role will involve contributing to continuous improvement in incident processes and reporting. Moreover, you will be tasked with drafting, editing, and maintaining a library of HSE documentation, which includes protocols, guides, and forms. Ensuring accuracy and version control across platforms will be crucial in this aspect of your responsibilities. In addition, you will collaborate with the team to conduct safety assessments for employee travel and events. You will play a key role in maintaining risk tracking tools and assisting in the implementation of mitigation strategies to enhance travel and event safety. Furthermore, managing the global inbox will be part of your duties, which will involve triaging and responding to HSE-related inquiries promptly and professionally. You will also track and follow through on inbox trends to identify systemic needs for improvement. You will also provide support in ergonomic and workplace needs by assisting in scheduling, tracking, and following up on ergonomic assessments and workplace needs evaluations. Your role will include conducting these assessments and evaluations, as well as helping to coordinate equipment recommendations and documenting program outcomes. Additionally, you may be involved in special projects and provide ad-hoc support on various HSE priorities as assigned. This could encompass participating in cross-functional initiatives, data tracking, metric reporting, or drafting communications. **Qualification Required** - 2+ years of experience in HSE, operations, administrative support, or a related field. - Experience in supporting international teams or global programs. - Familiarity with basic HSE concepts, risk assessments, or incident reporting preferred, but not required.,
