Your responsibilities will include: - Incident Management: - Assist in the intake, tracking, documentation, and coordination of reported incidents worldwide. - Support the enhancement of incident processes and reporting to drive continuous improvement. - Documentation Management: - Draft, edit, and maintain a comprehensive library of HSE documentation such as protocols, guides, and forms. - Ensure accuracy and version control of documentation across various platforms. - Travel and Event Safety Support: - Collaborate with the team to conduct safety assessments for employee travel and events. - Maintain risk tracking tools and contribute to the implementation of mitigation strategies. - Global Inbox Management: - Triage and respond promptly and professionally to HSE-related inquiries. - Monitor inbox trends to identify systemic needs and ensure appropriate escalation. - Ergonomic and Workplace Needs Support: - Assist in scheduling, tracking, and following up on ergonomic and workplace needs assessments. - Conduct ergonomic assessments and evaluations to enhance employee well-being. - Coordinate equipment recommendations and document the outcomes of the program. - Special Projects and Ad-Hoc Support: - Engage in cross-functional initiatives and provide assistance on various HSE priorities. - This may involve tasks such as data tracking, metric reporting, or drafting communications. Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in HSE, operations, administrative support, or related fields. - Previous experience in supporting international teams or global programs. - Familiarity with basic HSE concepts, risk assessments, or incident reporting is advantageous but not mandatory.,
