Aarvi Encon Limited is urgently hiring for Wind Energy Project - Pan India. Position : Project HSE Manager. Location : Pan India (Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan). Payroll : Aarvi Encon Limited. Accommodation, Transportation & Food by Client Side. Technical & Safety Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. (Civil / Mech / Elec Engr), Diploma (Civil / Mech / Elec Engr.) from State Technical Board / AICTE recognized institute / university OR, Full time B.Sc. (with Physics / Chemistry subject) from UGC recognized institute / university AND, One Year Fulltime Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS / PDIS) from State Technical Board / CLI / RIL and AICTE recognized institute / university. Experience: B. Tech / B.E. / B.Sc.. with 12 years in HSE from Wind Energy (preferred), Telecom, Engineering, Construction, Projects, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure Engineering, Project Management Diploma in Engineering with 15 years in HSE from Wind Energy (preferred), Telecom, Engineering, Construction, Projects, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure Engineering, Project Management Detailed job description Managing and Reporting of HSE function Broad knowledge and experience in HSE risk assessments and audit processes. Sound understanding of HSE legislative requirements. Ability to conduct & manage HSE audits, inspections and Incident investigation. Follow up and coordination of incidents and accidents investigation and corrective actions Effective management of Road Safety and Journey Management Competency in Electrical hazard & management, PTW System / LOTO / Safe system of working. Implementing company HSE policies and procedures throughout the organization Reporting HSE figures, status and measures to Group Safety Management Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines Enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law Prepare action plan to ensure the correct and full implementation of the Companys Health and Safety Management Policy, as well as including strategic HSE goals and targets, striving to achieve or maintain the zero-accident goal Conducting periodic meetings with company management about safety status and measures for the ongoing projects Ensuring Safety and Safe working environment at offices and work sites Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid all accidents and implement all health and safety hazards for all sites. Ensure that the safety protection methods are followed and required safety devices are provided Safety inspection for workplaces to identify the unsafe act and conditions, hazards and taking preventive and corrective measures. Manage communication strategies and prepare the required newsletters Design and implement efficient site safety training programs and perform investigation to eliminate all issues. Identify and establish HSE training needed for the organization Facilitate the implementation of Management System such as ISO 14001 & 45001.
