Job Description

Hi, We are hiring for the Leading ITES Company for HRO - UK Governance Role. Must have: Exp of Adhering to employment laws regarding equality, discrimination, working hours, minimum wage, and other statutory requirement Adhering to Corporate Governance Code and Civil Service Values Audit and Risk Management Exposure Bachelor / masters degree in any discipline Job Description: Overall 3 plus of experience with Minimum 1 year of Working Experience in HR Shared Services (HRO) Any additional proven expertise pertaining to Hire to retire processes for UK geography. Requires an in-depth knowledge of Cloud HR configuration covering multiple modules in the Core HR Payroll as well as Talent Management System checks & data uploads: Manage user access permissions into Cloud HR systems, with regular monitoring / auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance, removing leavers in a timely manner, report any concerns and act (e.g., suspending access) Ensure that sound controls are maintained and developed in assigned areas, auditing and reviewing controls and procedures on a regular basis. Ensure the integrity of data in all core and ancillary applications by operating robust change processes and regular auditing. Ensure that security procedures in respect of confidentiality of employee data protection are effectively implemented and controlled. Audit payroll changes ensuring legislative and tax compliance, to include Group Taxation, HMRC and Internal/External audit requirements, Identify issues and risks, actively mitigate against them and escalate appropriately. Track progress and resolves issue promptly when projects are slipping. Perform integrity checks on organisational structures and data required in each module Review system usage and database management in line with contract (e.g., LMS storage) Ensure HR compliance with data protection policies and law within Cloud HR solutions to minimise internal/external reputational damage. Undertake the role of Data Controller. Introduce mobile functionality where possible to provide 24/7 self-service and drive adoption Incident Resolution, Change requests, upgrades and maintenance Complete essential system maintenance, instance refreshes and introduce new releases for both HR and Payroll as recommended by the supplier support team & Community Liaise with relevant 3rd parties for essential Certificate management,( e-payslip, pensions, SAGE, Court Order, Unions etc ) Look for ways to improve the business processes and tooling, consulting external Community Propose and deliver minor change requests and upgrades (for major changes see HRIT Project Management below), implementing prioritised changes as agreed with HR Management Team & System Owners Maintain a network of module owners and champions via a Cloud HR Change Board. Provision of Cyber Risk Mitigation expert support for HR: Conduct regular Cyber Risk mitigation reviews with Process Owners Deep dive to improve short-medium-long term response plans in preparation for confidentiality, integrity or availability issues.
