HRO Pre Sales/ Solution Architect

Latinum is currently looking for an HRO Pre Sales/Solution Architect to join their team. As an HRO Pre Sales/Solution Architect at Latinum, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with sales teams and client accounts. Your expertise in the HR domain, coupled with years of experience in sales and pre-sales, will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for both existing and new accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to HR Solutions received in RFx, presenting service propositions tailored to client needs, maintaining up-to-date sales documentation, participating in client workshops and due diligence processes, collaborating with technology and sales teams to enhance internal tools, and overseeing the creation and management of various types of content. To qualify for this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in disciplines such as Human Resources, Business & Organization Management, Arts, or Commerce. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, the knack for simplifying complex concepts, proficiency in data analytics, and strong organizational and collaboration skills. It is essential that you are open to traveling to different locations, working varying shifts (including nights) and weekends as required, and be stationed at the Mumbai location, preferably Olympus. Previous experience in Human Resources Outsourcing and Presales departments, familiarity with leading HR applications like Workday, Oracle, or SAP, and knowledge of the latest HR technologies are mandatory requirements for this role. An understanding of industry processes in sectors like Retail, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing would be highly beneficial. Having a US Visa and HR certifications would be considered additional advantages for this position.
