Job Description

You are looking for an experienced HRMS Administrator to join the Human Resources team in NOIDA. As an HRMS Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR Management System's operation, maintenance, and optimization to ensure alignment with HR goals and organizational objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, managing system administration, providing user support and training, managing data and reporting, leading projects, and driving continuous improvement in HRMS practices. Key Responsibilities: HRMS Implementation & Optimization: - Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the HRMS. - Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, Finance, and HR stakeholders for successful system deployment and upgrades. - Customize the HRMS to meet the organization's specific needs. System Administration: - Oversee day-to-day HRMS operations, including user management, data integrity, and system security. - Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements. User Support & Training: - Provide expert support to HR staff and end-users on HRMS functionality. - Develop and deliver training programs for effective HRMS use. - Create and maintain user documentation and training materials. Data Management & Reporting: - Manage HR data within the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making. - Develop data management procedures and best practices. Project Management: - Lead HRMS-related projects, including upgrades, new feature implementations, and process improvements. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on HRMS trends and recommend best practices. - Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process efficiencies. Qualifications: - Education: MBA in Human Resources - Experience: 8-12 years in HRMS implementation, administration, and management. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS platforms, SQL, and data analysis tools. Core Competencies: - Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in user training and support. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in HRMS or related fields. - Experience with specific HRMS platforms and project implementation in manufacturing/project organizations. Working Conditions: - Location: NOIDA, 6 days per week at the office with travel to plant locations. - Age: 30-35 years.
