Job Description

As a dynamic and proactive HR/Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting human resource functions and executing marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives. This hybrid position is perfect for individuals who are organized, creative, and enthusiastic about both people management and brand promotion. In the realm of Human Resources, your responsibilities will include assisting in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records and HR databases, supporting performance appraisal and employee engagement programs, handling employee queries and facilitating grievance redressal, as well as coordinating with departments to ensure timely HR compliance and documentation. On the Marketing front, you will be tasked with developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, managing digital marketing campaigns encompassing social media, email marketing, and website updates, aiding in the creation of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations, coordinating marketing events, exhibitions, and CSR initiatives, conducting market research and competitor analysis, and monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, familiarity with HR practices and labor laws (preferred), knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools like Canva or Photoshop, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or Postgraduate diploma being preferred but not mandatory. Prior experience in HR and/or marketing roles would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
