As a Human Resources (HR) professional at our jewelry retail team, your role will be crucial in managing the entire employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition & onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and ensuring HR compliance. Your strategic thinking and passion for fostering a positive work environment will be highly valuable in this role. Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle and develop a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and guide employees and managers through difficult situations. - Oversee the performance review process, provide guidance to managers, and develop performance improvement plans when necessary. - Identify training needs, develop programs to enhance employee skills, and focus on areas like sales, customer service, and product knowledge in the jewelry industry. - Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, maintain accurate employee records, and prepare reports as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience. - Previous experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or related high-end sales environment preferred. - In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Thorough knowledge of Provident Fund (PF) and Employees" State Insurance (ESI) regulations is essential.
