Job Description

Role Overview: As an individual in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing HR systems and business processes. Your primary focus will involve providing global systems administration support and implementing HR process improvements across various systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Performance/Goals, Compensation, and Recruiting systems. You will serve as an internal consultant and department liaison, offering tailored solutions that align with HR processes and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain HR business systems by conducting testing, quarterly updates, and enhancements, collaborating with Information Technology and external vendors to resolve issues. - Collaborate with Information Technology to implement new systems or redesign existing ones to enhance HR workflow efficiency. - Manage the implementation lifecycle of new HR business systems, participating in implementation teams as necessary. - Enhance overall HR workflow through system and procedural changes, providing user training and acting as a consultant and advocate for HR. - Develop and update documentation related to system requirements, business processes, configurations, test plans, and end-user guides to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge transfer. - Conduct audits to identify areas for improving global data integrity, address day-to-day system support issues, and resolve technical problems promptly. - Provide system management support for ongoing or annual programs (Compensation, Recruiting, etc.) in collaboration with HR Business Owners. - Generate requested reports and support analytical analysis of key metrics from HR Systems. Qualifications: - B.A. or B.S. degree - Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in HRIS and/or enterprise software management - Proficiency in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules - Ability to analyze business processes, develop, and implement new or streamlined workflows - Familiarity with MS-Access, MS-Excel, MS-Word, database, and programming concepts - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills - Willingness to learn new software solutions Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
