HRIS Analyst - Pune

HRIS Supervisor

Role will be based in Pune, India.

• Collaborate with the India HR Head and HRIS Lead to understand, support, and maintain HR systems.
• Evaluate current system usage; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize HRIS value and efficiency.
• Audit existing data, report findings, and work with HRBPs for corrections.
• Prepare reports and present findings/recommendations to HR and other company leaders.
• Recommend report formats and prepare customized analytics for various internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Assist the team and HRIS Lead in project management tasks for new projects or system enhancements.
• Develop training materials, guides, and documentation.
• Provide user training and hands-on support.
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Stay updated on trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
• Work closely with the HRIS Lead to focus on analytical needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.
• Create and maintain statistical summaries and reports through data interpretation and analysis, using HR system reporting components.
• Recommend report formats and prepare customized analytics for internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in HRIS project deployments and system enhancements.
• Support users in maintaining employee records on HRIS, providing training and guidance on correct procedures and system operations. Suggest system and process improvements.

Education/Work Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business or information technology, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of workday
• Exposure to Data Analysis tools like Power BI, Python etc.
• 5-10 years of work experience in HR Business/Information Systems and training/certification in the relevant field is a plus.
